My Turkish Tutor olarak, kullanıcılarımızın gizliliğini korumayı taahhüt ediyoruz. Bu gizlilik politikası, öğrencilerimizin ve web sitemizi ziyaret eden kullanıcılarımızın kişisel verilerinin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını ve korunduğunu açıklamaktadır.

1. Toplanan Veriler

Kayıt ve iletişim süreçlerinde aşağıdaki kişisel veriler toplanmaktadır:

• İsim ve soyisim
• E-posta adresi
• WhatsApp üzerinden iletişim sırasında paylaşılan bilgiler (yalnızca iletişim amaçlı kullanılmaktadır).

2. Verilerin Toplanma ve Kullanım Amaçları

Toplanan tüm kişisel veriler aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanılmaktadır:

• Öğrencilerle iletişim kurmak,
• Ders programlarını planlamak ve gerekli bilgileri paylaşmak,
• Canlı ders bağlantılarını göndermek,
• Kurs süreçlerini daha verimli hale getirmek.

3. Verilerin Paylaşımı

My Turkish Tutor, öğrencilerin kişisel bilgilerini herhangi bir üçüncü tarafla paylaşmaz. Ancak, aşağıdaki durumlarda veriler paylaşılabilir:

• Yasal gereklilikler doğrultusunda resmi makamlar talep ettiğinde,
• Zoom platformu üzerinden canlı ders bağlantılarının oluşturulması (kişisel bilgi içermemektedir).

4. Zoom Canlı Dersleri

Zoom platformu üzerinden yapılan canlı dersler kesinlikle kayıt edilmemekte ve saklanmamaktadır. Öğrencilerin ders sırasında paylaştığı bilgiler, dersin sonunda hiçbir şekilde saklanmaz veya işlenmez.

5. Kredi Kartı ve Ödeme Bilgileri

• Sitemiz üzerinden yapılan tüm ödeme işlemleri, güvenilir üçüncü taraf ödeme sağlayıcıları (örneğin, PayTR) aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilir.
• My Turkish Tutor, kredi kartı bilgilerinizi toplamaz, saklamaz veya işleme almaz.
• Ödeme sırasında girilen tüm bilgiler, ödeme sağlayıcının sisteminde güvenli bir şekilde işlenir ve tarafımıza iletilmez.
• Sitemiz, ödeme işlemlerinin güvenliğini sağlamak için SSL (Secure Socket Layer) teknolojisi ile korunmaktadır.

6. Verilerin Saklanma Süresi

Kişisel veriler, öğrencinin kurs süresi boyunca ve kurs tamamlandıktan sonra maksimum 2 yıl süreyle saklanır. Bu süre sonunda tüm veriler güvenli bir şekilde silinir.

7. Verilerin Güvenliği

Kişisel bilgilerinizin yetkisiz erişime, kaybolmaya veya kötüye kullanıma karşı korunması için gerekli tüm teknik ve organizasyonel önlemleri alıyoruz.

• Web sitemiz SSL (Secure Socket Layer) güvenlik sertifikası ile korunmaktadır.
• Kişisel verilere yalnızca yetkilendirilmiş personel erişebilir.

8. Yurtdışı Veriler

Türkiye dışından kayıt olan öğrenciler için, kişisel veriler Genel Veri Koruma Yönetmeliği (GDPR) ve yerel düzenlemelere uygun olarak işlenmektedir. Veriler, Türkiye’de güvenli sunucularda saklanır.

9. Kullanıcı Hakları

Kullanıcılar, kişisel verileriyle ilgili aşağıdaki haklara sahiptir:

• Verilere erişim hakkı,
• Verilerin düzeltilmesini talep etme hakkı,
• Verilerin silinmesini talep etme hakkı,

My Turkish Tutor does not share students’ personal information with third parties. However, data may be shared in the following cases:

• When legally required by official authorities,
• For the creation of live lesson links via the Zoom platform (no personal data is included).

4. Zoom Live Lessons

Live lessons conducted via Zoom are not recorded or stored. Any information shared by students during the lessons is not saved or processed after the session ends.

5. Credit Card and Payment Information

• All payment transactions on our website are processed through trusted third-party payment providers (e.g., PayTR).
• My Turkish Tutor does not collect, store, or process your credit card information.
• All payment information entered during transactions is securely processed within the payment provider’s system and is not shared with us.
• Our website is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure the security of payment transactions.

6. Data Retention Period

Personal data is retained for the duration of the student’s course and for a maximum of 2 years after course completion. After this period, all data is securely deleted.

7. Data Security

We take all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

• Our website is secured with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate.
• Only authorized personnel have access to personal data.

8. International Data

For students registering from outside Turkey, personal data is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and local regulations. Data is securely stored on servers in Turkey.
